e-Mitra is an ambitious project of the Rajasthan State Government which utilises an e-platform to provide all Government information and services to rural and urban masses under one roof through e-Mitra kiosks on a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model. It is a good governance initiative that incorporates the vision of "Providing Public Services Closer to Home". The scope of services that can be provided through e-Mitra kiosks is not limited to Government to Citizen (G2C) services but also includes Business to Customer (B2C) services.
